Here is some general information about the Stone Oak area and the amenities offered to residents of the Estates at Champions Run.

Located just 30 minutes from downtown San Antonio and only 20 minutes from the airport, the neighborhood is convenient to major highways US Highway 281 and IH-10, as well as Loop 1604. Stone Oak features two hospitals and multiple medical professional offices, and is just 30 minutes from the San Antonio Medical Center.

Stone Oak is located in one of the fastest growing parts of San Antonio and has close to 100,000 residents. There are multiple shopping areas, national and local restaurants, grocery stores, health food stores, and many other amenities.

The Stone Oak area is home to two golf courses: The Club at Sonterra and Canyon Springs Golf Club. The Estates at Champions Run is just 15 minutes from award-winning TPC San Antonio, private golf club and resort.

Home Owners Associations:

Residents in all Stone Oak neighborhoods belong to two separate Homeowners Associations.

The Stone Oak POA (Property Owners Association) is mandatory for ALL Stone Oak Residents, and charges their own separate dues. Learn more about their activities at this link HERE.

SCHOOLS:

Children living in the Estates at Champions Run attend North East Independent Schools. Please check with NEISD for current boundary lines for elementary and middle schools. All students attend Reagan High School.
